TOP COMMENT : Jessica Owens,

“I have a recording app that comes on anytime I answer my phone. I use it for when I speak with customers or potential customers so I can see where I can improve in my tone and verbiage. I'm sure I can find phone calls as proof of them threatening my credit or repossession. When I was still only 1 month behind, possibly two weeks. I received at least 4 to 10 or more calls every day as early as 7:59 am. And back to back sometimes. I still owe money but was recently a victim of family violence and my abuser evicted my son and I. Much of my funds went to hotels and gas to and from his school. So I haven't paid my car note and rarely answer their calls. If it were once a day, I probably would the next day when they called. But they are bullies. And I refuse to be bullied anymore.”
