“Called not leaving message. Every complaint web site on this number I go to all say the same, debt collector for some loan. This is not me, I have never used such ever. Now if a family member has & used me as a reference, they have never asked me, nor does the company have written nor verbal permission to use me as a contact. This is not my problem, I do not pay other's bills nor have I ever agreed to do so for anyone.”

These people have been harassing me nonstop! They took automatic payments from my checking account, but will not credit my account with the payments I have made. I asked the rude rep if he can see when was the last time I paid him & I was told I never paid. They want me to send them bank records of when the money was taken out. Why should I? They already received the money. It is funny that was account was down to less than $100 & now they are requesting over $600. I asked to speak with the supervisor & she answered as “Jamie” (of course) and not only did she cut me off, but she was yelling at me saying “LOOK LADY, I CANNOT SEE THAT WE ARE CALLING YOU OR YOUR POINT OF CONTACTS 3 TIMES AN HOUR EVERY DAY, BUT I DO SEE I CALLED YOU TWICE IN THE LAST HOUR.” Her favorite phrase is “REALLY LADY, REALLY.” She’s very unprofessional & if she was more polite she might get better results from account holder. When I called her back, she never picks up, but calls me leaving nasty messages. I mentioned to her that she needs to comply with the Federal Trade Commission Laws and she stated account holders do not have protection laws from debt collectors. I have a meeting with an attorney this upcoming Monday to see what my options are regarding the harassment from this company.
