TOP COMMENT : Gary Sutherlin,

“On or about 4/29/2020 Called me to collect fees on an old closed account (Raging Lions). She gave me Raging Lions Phone Number. Gentleman at Raging Lions said it is a closed account with $0 balance, but said it was an old account, he then gave me Berman & Rabin Number (855) 204-5192. Gentleman ( said he was an attorney) for Raging Lions. He also said account was closed with $0 balance. Following Saturday got another call from collection agency, told him to take a hike, he said he would put it on my credit report, I said see you in court. Hang up”

They called me a few times so I decided to see what it was and call back. The company went by “NCR”. They were able to set up a payment arrangement with me, so I could pay back a charged off loan. Kept it out of court so my wages wouldn’t be garnished. Paid letter was sent to me within 24 hours through email after my last payment posted. Trying to fix my credit after a few rough years of income loss.
