# comes up on call ID and I do not answer. I know it relates to an early termination of my lease agreement. I submitted a letter of hardship and unemployment when I turned the vehicle in. The have refused to respond in writing and I will only communicate in that medium once my concerns and hardship are addressed in writing only.
