“Woman called for my co-worker. When I asked for more information she was rude, stated that it was between her and my cowoker. I at least got that she called from RCS, which I looked up while I had her on the phone. She asked if my co-worker was there and I said she may not be in today. she hung up on me. Wonder if RCS knows they are calling a government agency...”

A gentleman name Carlos called me last week saying I owe for a loan that I have already taken care of, I told him to mail me the information and he insisted on e-mailing it to me. I told him that was fine and mail it as well, still haven’t received either one. A Ms. Coleman called my phone and I told her to go ahead with her spill and she was very rude so I told her the samething mail me something and I hung up. She called my job wanting to speak with my manager and asked for my fax number, it was given to her and she faxed me something addressed to HR or payroll, but the information she faxed over doesn’t print out the the company’s fax number which I thought was odd, only the date and time, especially since they have one on their fax sheet. I’m tired of the phone calls especially at my job. These people need to get a life!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looking for my daughter. Same company was told 2 days ago to call her on her phone because she doesn’t live here. Today, had a voice mail with a number (wrong one), a file number. Called the number on caller ID. Told her they would be receiving a certified letter to “cease calling” and was informed they didn’t have to honor it. Then she did something that is soooo illegal. She told me there was ‘pending legal action” against my daughter. Filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission this morning. Will be doing so with my state attorney generals office. They give legit collection companies a rotten name. Advice: File a complaint because the more there are re: a certain company, they will launch and investigation.
