704-553-7146 Keeps calling me and there are several others repeatedly. I may owe a debt but is it allowable to repeatedly call me al the time? On my cell phone? And they along woth scam calls and robo calls tie my phone line up all day long and fill up my voicemail. It is stressing me out! I am disabled and can not tolerate it much longer. I also registered my number on the do not call list and followed through its dorections in their entirety. They still call!
