Call for John Winschell of Erie, PA, one of two deadbeats who once had my number of five years. Zach Stahlsmith in Jamestown, New York refuses to correct Chase Bank’s alert records, so I get a monthly call from Chase Bank concerning his credit card ending in 2236.

This is Chase Bank collection department. They have in-house collection departments so they don’t have to comply with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, which only applies to outside debt collectors. About as shady as it gets, but that’s nothing new for Chase or any other bank. As a debt collection attorney I sue these companies every chance I get, and if everyone that incurred this type of harassment did the same, the banks would stop harassing people
