“A guy named Ted Blackman called me stating that he was going to sue me and take me to court if I didn’t pay this bill from anytime fitness. Said that I was acting crazy even though I wasn’t even speaking loud. I just stated that I canceled the membership with them and I’m not sure what charges were there. He said it’s not his fault that I don’t go to the gym that’s not a reason to cancel. Then hung up on me. I called back trying to figure out how to go about paying and set up something I can do about it. He began to yell at me stating that it’s not his fault I don’t got my life together and that he wouldn’t be taking my calls anymore. So he’s not going to help me with this, and not take my calls, so what am I supposed to do in said situation? Very unprofessional person.”

He called me and asked my name. I asked who is calling and he aggressively said, “don’t play games, I’m going to take you to court” then I hung up. I found out it was for anytime fitness collections. They gave me another number to pay the $291 they said I owe and same guy answered. I began to explain the problem I had with the bill pay and he said, “you’re not ready. You’re not ready to pay” and hung up.
