This is the IRS scam. They claim the IRS is going to file a lawsuit against you & to call them back at that #. It is the same # listed on the caller ID. THE IRS WILL NEVER MAKE 1ST CONTACT WITH YOU BY PHONE. They will mail you 1st!

A message was left on my cell, informing me that the IRS, was going to sue me, & this was the last attempt to reach me. The # was 413-203-4601
