Awful management! Leo Martinez is the main supervisor. He is a rude ignorant a**. He does not deserve to be in any kind of position of authority. He treats employees like s***. He will ignore you when you have a question or problem. He won't even make eye contact if he just so happens to answer you on a rare occasion. DO NOT work for insurance express aka lcn. 100% cold calling. In the intro we literally say "the reason why I am calling is because we recently received some auto information for local agents and carriers to produce a quick auto insurance quote" when in fact we did not. The most we will have is an address an email and a date of birth. And that info is often incorrect to start with. Leo goes by a rapper name "Lee cartel" here is a awful song by this S***y manager https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uQYte9sWG58&feature=youtube_gdata_player and here is his website http://www.leecartel.com Feel free to reply to this I will check back often and answer any questions

got tired of this telemarketer calling me on a daily basis. So now, I call them from a blocked number 10 times in a row on a daily basis. Get mad at the kids, given em a call. time to kill in a meeting, redial, redial, redial. See how long you can keep them on the phone without saying a word.

Your Rights

If you're subjected to harassing robocalls or debt collection calls, you have rights under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Each of these federal consumer protection laws prohibits callers and debt collectors from engaging in certain types of activities. These activities can include:

  • Calling before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m.
  • Robocalling your cell phone without your consent
  • Calling you at work after you've told them you're not allowed to receive calls
  • Using profanity or abusive language
  • Threatening you with a lawsuit or arrest
  • Mistakenly calling you for a debt you don't owe
  • Texting your cell phone without permission
  • Sending you faxes without authorization

Under the law, you have the right to sue illegal callers in federal court. In fact, you can potentially recover up to $1,500 per call. Legal representation won’t cost you a penny, because the law says that illegal callers have to pay your attorney fees.

If you're ready to bring an illegal caller to justice, report the call using our online form (and tap the button asking for a free case evaluation) or phone 844-685-8700 right now.
