stupid idiotic robo calls from credit card services, or card holder services and now it's consumer services. Isn't Rachel, Bridget, Carmen and Lisa tired of this garbage and ready to retire. Why don't they pass a law and follow thru with severe penalties for these low-lifes.

BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL WITH THIS PHONE NUMBER! I didn't bother talking to anyone & thought I could stop these a$$hats from calling by hanging up in the middle of ringing. They called me back half an hour later with my number which they spoofed!

Asking them not to call anymore, hanging up on them and not answering the phone calls doesn't help as they kept calling back. What does work to stop all these multiple calls was when I called 866-246-7196, gave the caller's phone number which they verified was on their list and the receiving phone number which they added to the do not call request list. The processing time is 1 to 2 business day but it did stop the calls.

These people are scam artists who are trying to take you credit card number. PLEASE STOP THESE PEOPLE BY REPORTING THEM TO "THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION". This is not an FCC matter. I called the Trade Commission and was told the more people who complain the better.

I suggest everyone who got the call to summit a complaint to this website. I just did it. https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

Calls my home phone number repeatedly day after day. I have blocked the number from going through, but when I have to forward my home calls to my cell phone, I will be changed. This has to stop. Evidently this is not the first complaint

I've been getting this "Cardmember Services" call for years. I've tried hitting 3 to get off their list, tried asking them after responding with another prompt #, but they won't stop calling. These are the people we need to use our drones on.

(321) 209‑6393 Robo call recorded 23 September 2014 ("Bridget at Cardholder Services...reduce your rate...consider this your final notice..." Credit Card SCAM) Caller ID: "Consumer Svcs" Also called recently from: (305) 368-8492 | (570) 983-3206 | (570) 983-3796 | (406) 477-3151 | (518) 278-0335 | (518) 278-0333 "Bridgit" calling me back less than a month after assuring me, "...consider this your final notice..." and even after telling me I didn't qualify for their "lower your rate" offer because I pay my credit cards off in full each month. Yeah, I wish. The recording of this "lower your rate" call is exactly the same past calls but from a new number to avoid past call blocking. The recorded message is their usual patter (see below) followed by a 7 second pause. Finally they say "good bye" and disconnect when I failed to press any buttons. Their total disregard of the Do Not Call list certainly tells us a lot about their business ethics, doesn't it? Here is a transcript of their latest offering: [female voice] "Hello, this is Bridget at Cardholder Services calling in reference to your current credit card account. It is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate. Please consider this your final notice. Press the number 1 now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate or press the number 3 to discontinue further services. Thank you and have a great day." [7 second pause] [female voice] "Good bye". Thanks to Google Voice ( www.google.com/voice ) you can hear this recording on my Spam Calls web page: http://home.comcast.net/~achx88a/spam/spamcalls.htm Signup for your own free Google Voice account at www.google.com/voice and avoid telephone call spam

Folks, I owe you an apology. With my post of August 27th I'm really trying to trick you. If you're naïve enough to actually call the 866 number I gave in my post (Autust 27th), you're not submitting a "Do Not Call" request, you're creating an "add me to your spam calls list". YOU'RE actually aiding the SPAMMER which creates an instant "business relationship" allowing the spammers to call you! I sincerely apologize for insulting your intelligence and trying to trick you into receiving more spam calls. I am putting this same message on other "Who Called Me" type web sites under different names. God, please forgive my wicked soul!
