This caller says they are a counseling agency and can help get funding for school. When questioned the line goes blank. Says his name is James. Very unskilled and sounds elderly. Won't give info. Wants to get young children on the phone.

He identified himself as Andrew Bearson (had an accent) said he is from the Legal Affairs Dept of the US Treasury. I asked for his badge# has said it was 117096. He had to think about his badge #. Obviously a phony call.
