(919) 249-0378 is registered to a client of WindstreamBusiness.com ; I called (866) 990-3282 and was forwarded to their "Trap and Trace" department. One of their managers at that call center stated they could do nothing about it, and that it would be the FTC who could (Interesting the FCC is over communication laws)... Ha that's a joke. These federal agencies are over loaded with complaints, and too many fat cat lobbyists in their pockets.
So I suggest if you get a call from this number, contact Windstream through the process above and complain to them. Other carriers I have contacted have been more than happy to contact their clients by any means necessary, and notify them of these types of complaints.
