did not say anything
(913) called my number and then someone hung up when I answered. SUSPICIOUS!!! Tried to see who it is, and don't want to pay to do that.
It's Web Fortune Master, if you filled out an online "make money from home" and didnt pay their fee to get their secrets, they will call from different numbers (different states) daily.
I want the calls to stop!
"Web Fortune Master" is a scam posing as an "internet job" at http://weeklymarks.com The scam is one of those "work at home" schemes that requires you to pay a $97 "registration" fee. Interestingly, they have a "comments" section on the site that posts only positive comments. I know this because I posted the exact nature of the scam, and it was deleted.
Exactly what Howard said. I went to look for some work from home jobs and I put in my email/info for more information. Though it said they would not use your information. My fault for doing so, but hey I'm desperately searching for more work. I'll just tell them politely to put me on their DO NOT CALL list then they legally can not call you. I know that is a fact because I work for a telemarketing/telecommunications company.
I put in info for work from home also. When I found out the cost I left the website. I then received a phone call, no message left. The number just called again. No message left.
AARP is promoting this ad on their web page. I should have known better but I filled out some info & decided against it because of the price. How does anyone find any legit companies that allow you to work from home? Obviously you can't trust AARP.
