This is a career advisor. I called back and the first time was put on a moments hold then was disconnected. I called back the second time and received a career advisor recording. I had completed a survey on line and that is where it came from.

Caller said they had received a Social Security Disability benefits request from me, never happened. They hung up after I responded that I didn't make the request.
