I got the same.. Left a voicemail stating that something needs my attention, however, no expanation of what it is regarding. The agent did state that the company that they work for is going to "assume" the worst and that I just don't care. Don't think that's proper Customer servcie etiquette.

Got message saying was with Advanced Capital Solutions..... it is a private matter and requires immediate attention and to call back for specific instructions on how to handle in the event it can not be resolved and that I need to call back. They were looking for my for my brother.... who has never been associated with my phone number. Is this a collection agency or just a scam?

Caller ID indicated "Toll Free Call" but in the message left on my answering machine, the male caller, which I think was a recording, stated he was with "Advanced Capital Solutions" and that "a file has been placed with their office that needs your immediate attention.." He gave a number to call, which was different than the Caller ID number. It sounds like a scam, like they are a collection agency or something like that, but since I have good credit and owe nothing to anyone, I do not plan to call back.
