They ask for various information. One time it was my email, another it was credit information, and another time it was "you've won big money! "
This was a call I did not ask for. It was a recorded call, with only the option to press one to find out further details. There was no chance to talk to a live person, and the automated system did not have an option for having our number removed from the system. We have received the same call several times over the last few months.
I think it's a "Debt collector" but how the heck do I know if they are legit, and I don't even owe any debts...and a "Legal matter?" They want to take me to court??? WTF???
These people have called every day for the last 2 weeks or so. It's a recorded message.
A new scam from this number: The fed has just lowered interest rates! Get rates as low as 2% on your credit card balances!
This is "CKS Financial" http://www.agrussconsumerlaw.com/stop-cks-financial-harassment/
This very annoying company persists in calling and leaving these unwanted spam messages both on my home phone and on my cell phone. They call with impunity. WOULD YOU PLEASE GET THEM TO STOP. I would never ever do business in such a way.

They are solicitating via text messaging.
These folks call about once a week but the caller ID is not always the same. Really frustrating. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers and they never leave a message. I get over a dozen of these robocalls every week. They need to be held accountable.
They called called again twice.
This company has been fined by the AG of AZ this year for similar deceptive practices.
No idea who or why my cell number is being targeted.
State they have an important "leag matter" to discuss yet they never identify me by name.
Chris Wells claimed to have 'important legal documents' to send to me and had 'two addresses on file' and did not want to send important documents to the wrong address. I actually called him back, asked for his supervisor. His response " I have no intention of doing that" I hung up. Complete scam.
