They were taking some kind of survey. We are on the National Do Not Call list, but we still get these calls. Told them to take our information off of their list. They said they would. We'll see...

They used to call 3 to 4 times a day, now they will call in one time frame, 3 times, one right after the other. Very annoying. You would think they would realize that if no one is answering, they have heard about them, or are not interested. It's a form of harassing to me. These people have been given to many privileges for them to be able to bother people in this manner.

On a calling list, clearly, we are on the do not call list. If they provide their infomation, they will be charged the violation fees for calling our #. If they call again, I do not live far from them and I will show up at their office to collect with a court order. Pay or be shut down. I advise others to do the same. This is abuse. They are not playing by the rules set for them and yes, they will be held accountable along with others who think they are above the laws that ptotect all of our rights. Take action people. They are playing you. Use it against them. Use the laws. That is why they are available to you.

I to have received a call from them. I did answer. I could hear a lot of background talking but no one was talking to me. I just finally hung up.

Solicitation, collection, survey calls, (and unfortunately political) calls etc., can legitimately be made up to 9PM LOCAL time, (and after 8AM LOCAL time) This is in response to anonymous of 26 Aug, 2015. And, based on the "verification code" I'm supposed to enter, I'm thinking they're working for Progressive Insurance!
