They are trying to sell.
Ask for a donation to breast cancer. First ask for myhusband. Got rude and aggressive and went on and on about breast cancer victims. Very disturbing. Then kept calling back. Horrible experience. I am on the do not call list.
Same thing with us. Early on a Sunday morning. Doing breast cancer awareness a disservice.
Same thing, ask for my husband. I get so many calls like this I only answer calls from people I know, If they keep it up I turn my voice mail off for a little bit, being on the do not call list means NOTHING!
This is a poorly done interactive robocall from a fraudulent "charity" called The Breast Cancer Society. This organization, along with several other related groups, lied about donating millions of dollars worth of goods and services to Guatemala, so they're almost definitely lying about the services they provide elsewhere as well. There's an article here: http://www.cnn.com/2014/02/10/world/americas/ ... ions/index.html
As everyone here mentions, the same happened to me. I received a call from a woman asking for my husband. I asked to take a message and she said she was actually calling for either of us and went on to say she is helping raise funds for women with breast cancer and would I agree to send money if she sent me a card in the mail. I said no, and that we already give to Ewings Sarcoma and thanked her for her efforts though. She turned extremely RUDE and said that I should not stop there and should give money and would not let me talk... Went on like a psychotic lunatic and acted suddenly like I was saying something nice to her and told me "good. Thank you. Thank you. That's great". Then she hung up. I called the number back and it was clearly this same woman in the voice recording who I just spoke to. I left a message saying how that call upset me, but know it is only her that will hear it. She needs to be reported somehow so she stops making calls.
