Received a call from a Judy Cranford threaten to arrest me on 11.06.2015 for crimes I have committed. They mentioned about a Payday loan that I have resolved years ago and Don Nelson said I owe 1000 dollars but he can settle for 500 hundred. He also said that he wants to clear my good name and he is not getting paid to resolve this matter. He had my information and my wife information so we had to change account numbers. If you receive a call from these idiots tell them to kiss your _ _ _ and tell them to call your attorney
Received call from this number and no no one answered. Annoying and harassing. Comes up Amy Schenk on caller id. Checked and found out that her address is 65 Patricia Lane, Buffalo, NY 14227. Please stop calling.
incomprehensible was about right, I could not understand half of what was said and then when I asked about when it was filled out they just said no date but a long time ago. they did not confirm any information with me so it was kinda like a road lined with red flags.
Just left a message with random "official" words. Said, "I need to go over the dockets with you." Then he threw in some other words like "paperwork and court."
Total scam. Real/official law entities have to identify the law office and name of the person they are seeking before disclosing anything. They didn't even know my name.
they have called several times and left messages on my home phone and cell phone. today i answered the call and asked them to take my numbers off the call list and she just hung up on me without saying anything. they are also calling on my cell phone and i will log a complaint under that number too.
This was a recorded call that I get daily. When I pressed 1 to speak with someone, they hung up when I started asking questions. I was unable to tell them not to call again. This was made to my cell phone number.
Some kind of a prank or scare tactic call. Supposed to be a warning to call or be served w/some kind of papers, because I've been identified as a "person of interest". Woman's voice. Any identifying identification beyond her "name" and the phone number, are garbled.
They call with a recorded message. First, it is suspuscious. Second, it is an unwanted call. I hope they do not steal information from people and cause problems. These people should not be allowed to do this.
These guys are phishers/scammers. They are just trying to extract your information out of you. I have spoken to one of their representatives several times and asked to be removed from their list, pointing out that I am registered on the National Do Not Call list. This often results in them hanging up on me, or just patronizing me. They still call me every day. It is a complete mystery to me why the FBI hasn't shut them down.
These people are criminals.
I have been receiving calls from the every weekday since June!
I\'ve reported them to the NY State Bar. THey are not attorneys. Also to the Attorney Generals Offices of NY and California.
They have been calling for over two months. The messages they leave change with each call. At first they tried to say that they had a warrant in my name. Then they said it was a court summons. The calls backed off a little bit, then, and only accused me of having bounced a check. Today the message has ramped up to accuse me of check and bank fraud. Here's the catch; none of that is true. I have not had a bank account in over ten years (and even then, I never bounced checks or committed any type of fraud). The recorded messages from this company have spots where a name and/or social security number should be plugged in but the messages never have anything but silence in that part. They never use my name or other identification information. This place is a scam. Do not take their calls and do NOT try to give them money.
I had once left my phone number in a Craigslist ad selling a motorbike. I kind of wonder if that's how they got a hold of it. It is unlisted and not on another other call-bot's radar.
They have refused to provide their phone number. They are a scam. I have told them I am on the do-not-call list, but they still persist in harrassing me. The last time I told them that, the guy tried to belch at me. Do I need to report this to the phone company or a law enforcement agency? Help!
