Claims to be Verizon wireless. Claiming I am two months past due.. tell them if I was past due cut off my phone... Phone still works and Yes I paid my bill and then they disputed they haven't received it, I said well I got where you deposited to Chase Manhattan on this date.. and then I just hung up.
Claims to be Verizon and they say they are turning my phone off for non-payment but my account is auto-draft and when I look at my online statement it says my payment isn't due until the 20th of the month and today is only the 2nd. They do this every month and when I call customer service and b***h they just pretend like they don't know what I'm talking about.
