"John from the shipping room" wants my credit card number to subscribe to a monitoring service through equipment somebody has bough for me. How nice. Calls constantly, 3 - 6 times a day. total scam.

If you use *57, you will be charged for this service by the phone company. Also it will only trace calls within your service area. Cheaper idea: Say loudly into the phone: "Officer, place trace this call." (Won't work with a recording, however.)

When i answer, no one reply's. I say hello 3 times & still no answer, so i hang up. I get at least 2-3 calls per week from this same number & every time no one answers when i say hello. It's very aggravating when you're disabled & have hard time getting up. I have Caller I.D & all it shows is; CTY with the number of 702-705-7302

Unsolicited call. I'm getting sick and tired of calls like this, but to rely on the National Do Not Call Registry is pointless because it's another government program designed to "help" the consumer, but is a joke that costs taxpayers' money.

Medical monitor system scam, that preys on seniors. This same scam is also found using different telephone numbers on various complaint sites like this one. Do not call has no effect, nor does talking live and complaining. These scammers need jail time.

Medical scammer. Filed a complaint with FCC and have continuously hit 5 to be removed. Guess what 5 does not work. Filed complaint for my Mom online with FCC and I would like to meet one of the presidents on this company so I could beat their a*s.

These SOB\'s called 3 - 4x a day, then I was finally able to block them by using my TWC support app. But now, they\'ve changed to a new number- I have blocked the number, but for some reason, blocking isn\'t working this time. I\'m pretty pissed off, and would really like to slap the s**t out of someone.

This person called twice today. This second time, I could hear someone rubbing the phone on the other end. Kind of sounded perverted? I am also on the DO NOT CALL list. I don't understand how these people are getting my phone number when it is listed as a private number.

This company should be chased out of business. They call any time of the day or night. Sometimes hang up when I answer. Says press #5 to opt out.--doesn't work. I have logged probably 100 calls from them since the middle of July, 2013--4 sheets of tablet paper. They are the same company, but call under a lot of different numbers. I CONSIDER THIS A CASE OF HIGH HARASSMENT. Seems as though I pay for my phone while they use it all the time.
