I DIDNT ANSWER , THEN I DECIDED TO CALL THE NUMBER BACK. I GOT A RECORDING SAYING IT WAS T-MOBILE CONDUCTING A SURVEY ABOUT A RECENT CALL I MADE EARLIER THAT DAY TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They call everyday, usually twice a day. I don't answer and they hang up when the answering machine turns on.

They are doing a survey. Last night I called them about my phone - the tower in my neighborhood went down. They did all they could do and I don't have a complaint about them calling. I have been pretty happy with them - although having lost service last night was freightening especially considering thedate.

They have called me twice this morning. I don't answer. If it is T-mobile survey... I won't be giving them good feedback. I hate that their customer service moved out of the US. Since they did this, their custoemr service sucks!

I dont answer if I dont recognize the area code or phone no. But very annoying 3x times already without leaving any message plus they are wasting my minutes on my cell.

Calling 702-576-0461 back yields you a recorded message that begins, “You’ve reached Pinpoint Research on behalf of T-Mobile. As a valued customer, your opinion matters to T-Mobile…” They then state that if you would like to take their “brief survey,” that you can call 866-923-0929 and enter your phone number. They also state that their call to you is allowed under the national and state Do Not Call laws because they are not a telemarketers, but that you can be removed from their list by calling 866-923-0455 and leaving your phone number.
