Callers with heavy accents. One claimed to be from Mexico. They are scammers who will tell you there is a problem with your computer. Once you get on the computer, they can take control of it and you will need a pass-code that they say they will send you in 10 days. They claim that the government has to give it back, I pushed as to what government, Reply - \"The government of United States of and this was unintelligible. I pushed further The United States government?. They said yes The United States of Americka. (Their pronunciation) I asked for the department and contact name in the government. Now hold on for this... His reply was Congress. There was someone in the background and apparently they told him to correct it to the FBI. Once they trap you, you are at their mercy to get your computer back. Can ask for money or will give you the password to computer back with free anti-hacking software. (Yeah right -software to get deeper into your computer - my emphasis). We learned the hard way. Please people do not fall for any Microsoft calls saying there are problems with your computer. It is a scam!!!
