Marketing Scam ! First Cousin to the famous "RACHELLE" !

I called the 616-613-2229 number and got a recording saying "something Communications Platform"... press 1 for custormer service, 2 to have your number put on the Do Not Call list, press 3 for xxxx and press 4 for x*x... No matter what number I press to be transferred on, I get the same recording "selection not valid"... WHO do I report this to???
I just received the 2nd call from this number today. When I pressed the "1" option, I was transferred to a man to whom I explained I have no credit cards. He became belligerent, abusive, physically threatening, and was incredibly vulgar throughout the call. After numerous requests, he gave me his name as "Bartholomew Burgess" and then refused the company name. I again pressed the question many times until he told me the name of the company is "Burgess Enterprises". I don't believe these names to be true, but now you all have the information. He provided a phone number 800-847-2911 which goes directly to VISA, who has never heard of this person, nor the company. The also have no record of me as a customer, as I have no credit cards! If anyone is looking for some action to take, visit the FCC website and file complaint form 1088B
I received a call from 818-613-2227 with a "Final Notice to reduce credit card debt." I put this in quotes because it is just a hook to get your attention! They are not interested in helping you, only themselves! I have received a couple of calls from them over the past couple of months, and as soon as I let them know my current Credit Card interest rate is less than 9% they hang up. No comment what so ever, they just hang up. I guess they don't have the courage or confidence in themselves to explain that they really cannot help and that they are only looking to get your funds transferred to a new account so they get the commission. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THE PERSONALITIES YOU ARE DEALING WITH. THEY ARE NOT LOOKING TO HELP YOU, ONLY THEM SELVES. If you have Credit Card Debt, cut them up and set a realistic budget to pay them off and live with-in your means; it's the only way to solve your problem! Don't let this company have anything to do with your finances. STAY AWAY!!!

I get several calls a week from this outfit. I have spoken to a 'live' voice three times and asked to have my number removed from their listing and supposedly I am on the "no call list". Each time there is some rude reply from these people. Why aren't they held accountable for this cr@p? 616-613-2227 is apparently staffed by some real jerks.
I have a tel-zapper on the line. Cuts them off before any of their B.S. starts.

Most of these calls will only ring you 4 times... I just don't answer... the ringing stops after 4 rings. Never call them back because they will just record your number as being a good active number with a live person standing by to receive more calls and they will sell your number to more scammers.
They call during the noon lunch hour. They wake up myself or my 2 year old granddaughter during her nap. Today, I picked up the phone to answer and to tell them to take me off their call list. They immediately hung up on me. Although I an on the State and National DO NOT CALL LIST, they still call. Can we get the FCC or our Congress to stop this abusive intrusion?

They called me twice in 10 minutes. I pressed 1 to speak to someone and when I started to complain they hung up on me. Filthy scammers.
If you answer the call or let your machine do it, you are telling the scammers they reached a working number and they will continue to call. When you are home, turn off your machine and don't answer the phone from places you don't recognize. That will tell the scammers after a couple of calls that it is NOT a good number and they will move on.
surprisingly I called back and was given the option of pressing 2 to be put on the do not call list.I never had to speak to anyone. Sure hope this works.

Press 2 to speak with a representative that promptly hangs up on you after you inform them you are on the do not call list. Have filed 3 complaints with the FCC so far.
Just for a call from 616-613-2227, Bank Card Services, automated to reduce rate from jonathon, live agent came on the line named Jonah, I asked for the name of his company, he told me visa/MasterCard. I asked again for the name of yours company that's working with visa/MasterCard. He hung up on me. Tried to call back, was on hold and call disconnected. This is a scam. I am on Do Not Call List and have been calls from these people daily, multiple times a day. Reporting this number again to Attorney Gerneral.
