I called the number back. They asked for information to be able to shop around for the best car insurance. Not sure it its a scam, however I know my insurance price cannot be beat. I live in MI we have one of the highest premiums out there. I did not give out any information.

Called me at work saying they were "Consumer's Insurance" or something like that and asked me for my zip code. I just hung up.

This company repeatedly calls me to try and get personal information to insure that I don't loose my current car insurance. They call from different numbers, but it is the same company. How am I 100% sure it is a scam? I do not have car insurance because I have never owned a car! I called this most recent number back and the unprofessional person that answered the phone hung up when I asked to be removed from their calling list.
