When attempting to talk with a live person to get some background on the company, they always hang up.
this call starts with a recording then goes to a live person. i've tried on at least 5 occasions to ask them to stop calling, but as soon as i begin to tell them not to call me, they hang up.
this company called but i could not understand her, but when i told her to not call back she said she would, she immediately called me again and started rambling and the saying, I quote, "lalalalalalalalalalalalalala" then she called again with blocking her id and number 3 more times for a total of 5 calls. when my wife answered the last time she did the same thing.
call popped up on my id as "Durrant Group I " the automated message intoduced tself as " Kacy" and demanded to speak to ____ the message system had 3 options: call back later, wrong person, leave a message." This is not the first time I have seen this number on my caller ID. it also shows up as "Integer Polls" and "E. Locksmith of MInn." No matter what you press at the prompts, your number does ot get removed. I have noticed that if you choose any option, the next time they call the are using a new name. Pretty shady tactics. Likely a scummy collection agency. If they call, force THEM to identify theirself, they called YOU-- THEY have to id themself. Do not provide them ANY of your info. Nothing. Record their number, name & business name. Demand they remove your number, and just hang up.
These calls are coming in two or three times a day using different telephone numbers with recorded messages. They hang up immediately when you ask to be removed from the list.
They call on the home phone and cell phone. They have been asked to stop calling repeatedly and just do not. Cell phome is also constantly called. Thank You for your help.
There was no one on the other line to tell not to call again!
They call at least 3 times a day every day for the last 2 weeks.
These people have called back too back already. I have submitted a number of complaints please have them stop calling.
The rep says nothing and hangs the phone up. Upon attempting to recall the number, it seems to be a non working number.
