I keep getting calls from this number and I always send it to voice mail. Today I decided to answer it. There was some background noise then this guy, in a kind of nervous voice, asks for Shannon. I said '' who? '' and he repeated '' Shannon. '' I told him that no one by that name and he hung up. Don't know if they will call back.
They call both my numbers, which are both on donotcall list. I have tried their opt out option, did not work. I have tried calling back and was hung up on by whoever answered. I just am so sick of these calls. Being on the Do Not Call list is not helping. I sleep days. I need to be reached by family in an emergency. I do not pay for a phone to provide them an advertising platform. Why does this continue?
These folks call about once a week but the caller ID is not always the same. Really frustrating. I don't answer calls from unknown numbers and they never leave a message. I get over a dozen of these robocalls every week. They need to be held accountable.
