Represented as IRS--threatened to take action if didn't call back. They hung up when I refused to give my name unless they connected me to the person who called. Scammer!

Sgt Smith - stop trolling different telephone number threads, across different website forums, spewing your WW2 diatribes. Take your lunacy elsewhere.
Lt Lynn Taylor left voicemail that she was calling from the DEA Drug Enforcement Agency. Said there was a warrant for my arrest and a search warrant for my house, and that i was to return her call immediately to 516-874-6261x1824. My wallet was lost four months ago, and i was frantic that someone was using my license maybe to fill illegal prescriptions. how else could there be an arrest warrant and search warrant??? I was terrified my children would come home to the police searching our home, and their mother in jail when I did NOTHING. I called my lawyer, who instructed me to go immediately to her office. Sounded unusual that you'd be given a heads up your house is going to be searched, and she, knowing me and my credibility, thought it was a hoax. After typing it into google, we found this site. And I could breathe.
Whoever it is called at 11:15am, noted on caller ID, but left no message.
Frequent calls from this number with nobody on the other end
This is the number of unwanted calls.
Caller said I had comitted a felony by ordering diet pills online a few years ago. Said she was a DEA agent and that she had a warrant for my arrest. She said I was looking at 5-7 years in prison. I said I had no way of knowing it was illegal to order from that site. She said she would order my arrest unless I paid a fine to the Dominican Republic, where the website was located, to settle the charges. At that point I knew it was a scam and hung up.
