they call at night!
I just won a free trip.....if I had my way...I'll give them a free trip they will always remember.....
Why won't Bell Canada allow me to block this number?
appelle plusieurs fois prétend que j'ai gagné un prix. FRAUDE.
dead air. no replies to my hello.
Dead air when I picked phone up. Online search says this is cruise scam Will report to CRTC
Rec'd call from this number on our home phone line on Feb 7/13. I answered & there was dead air. 5 hours later, same number dialed our fax line.
Says you won a bahamas cruise yeah sure
Dead air. Pain in the *** call
Hey! I won a cruse.... It's a scam.
I bought myself an air horn from Canadian Tire. They are in the boating supplies and are used for distress calls or load noise maker at hockey games. The model I bought is refillable with a bicycle pump or air compressor. What fun to give these A-holes a taste of their own medicine. I hate phone solicitors and scammers & if caught, they should be banned for life from owning any type of communication device.
Called me tonight, I did not answer since I knew it was some type of marketing.
Message told me I had won a trip the the Bahamas, and to get it to answer a short survey. I just hung up. Most probably a phishing scam to collect personnal infos.
I agree there is no trip. Yes, I too would like to give them a trip to a place where they'll never forget and no return ticket for them. Do not get sucked in and press any buttons to satisfy them to be taken off their phone list. Watch out for phone #202 494 8982!
Looks like this Montreal number is really reaching far afield. Had it register on my phone as Long Distance and the telephone number. I
this god damned number is calling me on a sunday night? also they have been calling from a private name unknown number saying i have won a cruise.. and then there's even dead air i'm getting freaking fed up with this i have a 2 month old newborn baby at home and a school age child with specail needs they need to ***** off. Sad thing is they give people like me a bad name i work on behalf of eastlink cable service here in the maritimes and we get screamed at for doing our jobs right because of these arseholes!!!!!
Why the hell can't the phone companies offer something to stop this abuse? What's the point of logging thousands of complaints against this and other scamm ing numbers, only to do nothing?
Often these bots call numbers to see at what time of day people pick up their phone... they then sell the phone number and stats to telemarketing agencies for what is the best time to call you.
Called twice but I wasn't home.
It's the 4th times and they called around 19h30. Is there something I could do to stop this non sense?
JUST CALL AND DEAD AIR
