calls daily, sometime several times a day. never leaves message. my number is on the do not call registry

This number has called my cell phone but leaves no message. Unknown to me. Do not intend to return call.

This number calls me almost daily, many times more than once a day. I usually don't answer but decided to pick it up after finding comments online. There was no one there and then it just hangs up.

Receives calls from this number every day, several times a day, even though my number is on the do not call list. They don't say anything and when you try to call back you get a message telling you to call another number for any further information.
