These people text my cell phone. It is a virus and should have action taken against them. Too many people get away with this all the time.
Left the phone go to VM and no message. Called this number back on another phone and no answer. Hmmm
Received this on my cell phone, voice mail picked up the message in progress: "...protection drug advocacy group...if you or a loved one has suffered a blood clot, deep vein thrombosis, or a stroke after taking the medication yas, yasmine or ocella(sp?), you may be entitled to compensation. Press 1 now to find out more about how you may be entitled to compensation, or press [x-number] to be removed."
Says it is out of "Marysville, WA" I did not answer... I let it go to VM .. but no message was left
This number called me twice back-to-back at approximately 11:35 AM. I don't not answer numbers that are not in my Contacts, as this is a Pre-paid Phone.
My vmail caught the last part of msg which said "...hit 9 to be removed.."
Received thiscall, did not recognize it si I sent it to vm. No message left. BTW: Mine is not a smartphoe, just an old trusty flip.
Called me around 1:00 PM and I didn't answer - no message was left. Call was from Marysville, WA. When I called back I was instantly put through to a voicemail.
Lawyer recording asking if I got some disease from blood clot medication.
They said they were getting back with me to discuss the lower interest rates on a credit card. They did not identify themselves or who they represent & I had never spoke w/them about anything before. Definitely a scammer.
They called a DNC cell phone. Filed complaint with the FCC online.
Did not recognize this number and let it go to voicemail. No message left. I have my cell phone on the Do Not Call list and still receive occasional junk calls.
Call shows from Marysville, WA. Let it roll to voice mail and no message left.
I got a call and when I answered, it disconnected. I found out what they're doing is, as soon as you answer your phone, it verifies for them that it is a good number. Then they sell your number to any telemarketers that want to buy it. The best way to stop this is probably file a complaint with the Washington state attorney general's office. You can do this on-line if you want. Good luck!
I answered this call an no one was there, then it disconnected. If they sell my number, I will be pissed.
did not answer. looked it up glad i did. sounds like a scammer to me as well. no message left when sent to VM.
