I received a call on my Cell Phone @ 11:18am this morning. I decided to do a *67 to block my number on my Landline to find out about that number since it appeared as a local number in this area code. I got the response that "The number you have dialed is not in service". Whatever huh "?" ... ??

This number calls at least three days a day beginning early afternoon until early evening. It has been happening for at least one month. I do not answer Spring or Unknown or Out of Area calls.

This number called me 9 times today, and 4 times in the past twenty minutes. I get several calls from them a day, though I have not yet answered one, and after reading the other complaints online on several different websites about this number, I don't particularly want to. Who is this and what do they want? I've read when people answer the calls, they ask if they still work in Victoria, then they hang up. Very suspicious. I just received a call from this number, when I picked it up it was a company called “Caribbean Cruise Centre” and the women informed me I had just won a free 3 day cruise in the Caribbean and wanted to transfer me through to their ticket office. When I questioned her further on this, she said she wasn’t selling anything, and didn’t I want to take a free cruise in the next 1.5yrs. When I started to say it didn’t sound right and that I was not interested she hung up on me before I was finished. Total scam of some sort!

This number shows up when family and friends from back home in the States call me. I don't know why. All calls I've received that display this number have been people I know calling me from the state of New Hampshire.

Received call on December 9th just after 7:pm and it took about one hour to complete the Survey. I also have an unlisted number on my Landline. Very thick accent regarding a Survey about Cable, Internet, and Phone carriers, etc. Also regarding better ways to fix the broken TV Cable System - gave her an earful !!! Could barely understand the person and couldn't identify what kind of accent it was. She was polite otherwise. The survey took twice as long as it should have since I had so much trouble understanding the person. I had to ask her to keep repeating questions numerous times. I received the call on my Landline and my phone doesn't have Caller ID. Nothing personal regarding information - just a very LONG SURVEY !!!!! I tried to call the number back and it said the number was a long distance call - same area code as mine and located in the city where I live ... "?" ...

ID's as Sprint Canada on my land line, I finally answered after seeing it call multiple times daily for a month. They had a heavy accent and began talking about my computer and Windows-the old scam where they try to get info to hack your computer. I asked why they ID'ed as Sprint if they were a computer company and he mumbled he didn't understand what I was talking about and hung up.

This person texted me from another number 1-604-334-9732 and called from 1-250-383-6894. This person was from match.com as he said he was from England and was in the Philippines as a civil engineer. His name on match was "bluecarrot". I Googled the pictures he sent me thru images.google.com and it showed he had many names on many dating sites. What a scammer praying on single women and asking for money.

This number keeps calling me and hangs up. When I try to call it back I get the operator message "the number you have dialed is not in service please try your call again". I called my telephone provider - Bell who informed me that Telus owns this number. I called Telus to complain about this number. Telus told me that this is not an assigned number and that this number is probably being spoofed. The Telus agent has sent this number and the complaint to their fraud department. Hopefully the Telus fraud department can catch this person.

I got the same as everyone else here, only the jack a#$ said he wanted to F#$k me......little scary that they escalated to that now....It was a young asian voice, and he started out talking about microsoft, till i asked him to loose my number, and that i thought it was criminal and that they were criminal trying to scam vulnerable people, and that i am tired of the calls, which then he proceeded to use vulgarity, I told him i was tracing his call after a few words with him and he went silent..., Why cant they catch these people! there is nothing interesting funny or intelligent about this goofs!....Technology disappointment at its finest!
