They call two times a day every day and they will not answer the phone when called back, it goes to a voice mail.
No response when I answered. What good is the do ot call list?
So called Pol, Strong urban african american female tone. Questions of who are you voting for and why.
multiple calls. tonight call after 7 pm machine caught partial discussion with another person. similar sounding voice to what others have described.
No answer when I said hello, just hung up.
This was an election Poll call. I was asked who I was voting for in the presidential race and in the senate race for Michigan. I was then asked if I thought the nation was headed in the right direction currently. That was all. Since I am I am confident in my voting choices, I went ahead and answered the questions. I looked the number up simply because I was curious to see who/which party was paying for it. Haven't figured that much out yet.
this phone number calls over 5 times a day...under this number and also under the "troy mi " name. I am so sick of them calling and i am also on a do not call list...i want to sue them for the harrassment
When I answered the phone, it sounded like a call center employee talking to another call center employee about a Halloween experience the night before (it's Nov. 1st today). Then he hung up on me. Nice.
I have received at least one call a day for several days, all in the morning. I live in Texas, so I would have to assume that if it is associated with polling, that it might also be related to the presidential race. I have not answered and they do not leave messages.
Did not answer when I said hello. Caller id "QVD"
Did not answer when I said hello. Caller Id said QVD. When I called the number , I got a disconnected message. How can I get them to stop. I am on the do not call list.
Got a call and my husband made the mistake to give his name to okay for a donation to some sort of cancer association. The call got dropped after he gave his name. Called the number back and it is disconnected. The caller ID says QVD.
I answer; they hang up.
I hate B.S. calls if your number doesn't receive my calls don't call me! I don't care if it is fr something as important as cancer that tells me its not above board I give to several people for cancer and other stuff , I don't WANT ANYONE CALLING ME ,I DON'T GIVE OUT MY HOME PHONE TO EVEN MY DOCTORS SO DON'T CALL ME!
claiming to be collecting donations for leukemia.
I failed to look at caller ID before answering. He said he was trying to get pledges for a charity. I asked to removed from their call list. Apparently they use "QVD" name for all sorts of telemarketing ploys.
I receive a call from this thing 2, sometimes up to 4 times a day, and I am sick of them calling. Please MAKE THEM STOP!
This # called 2/25/2014 at 8:37 pm. When I answered, it was a hang up. I called the # back and there was a recording that this phone # had been disconnected
They called at 8:05 P.M. and didn't leave a message. They have called several times. Obviously the no call list doesn't work.
They call multiple times a day and I finally answered one of the calls...said they were collecting for a Cancer campaign. Told them to take my number off their calling list. We do donate to several funds and now I think they pass your # around to others since the incoming calls have tripled since we donated to the Breast Cancer fund. Want my number removed from all donation lists!!!
RECEIVED CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AROUND MEAL TIME. WANTED DONATIONS FOR CHILDHOOD LEUKEMIA. NO THANKS, WE WILL DONATE IN OUR OWN AREA
Live fundraising solicitation call w/blocked Caller ID (x*x) yyy-zzzz recorded 07 April 2014 ("Laura of Innovative Teleservices" professional fundraiser for Childhood Leukemia Foundation) Caller ID: completely blank Note: called December 29 & 31, 2013 also from a totally blocked Caller ID Live fundraising call from "Innovative Teleservices on behalf of Childhood Leukemia Foundation" using completely blocked phone numbers. I never contribute to "professional fundraisers" because they rarely give more than 10% of collections to the charity and I wouldn't support this charity because of their conscious reliance on such an inefficient collection method. Following is a transcript of this fundraising solicitation call: [me] Hello? [they] Hi, John? [me] Who? [they] Well, my information might be wrong. My name is Laura and I'm calling you today on behalf of the Childhood Leukemia Foundation in Brick, New Jersey. This year the Foundation is delivering gift baskets to sick children that are in cancer treament centers and these baskets have some really great things like toys and games, there's pajamas and even a $75 gift card inside. What we're trying to do is help lift their spirits as they go through their cancer treetment. I'm with Innovative a professional fundraiser and we have not mailed out anything to you yet. We want to make sure we can count on your support for a tax deductible donation. Most are helping with our Gold sponsor at $35 and Silver sponsor at $25. Can the children count on you for one of those? [me] Uh, this is for children with leukemia you say? [they] Yep, yep and we're, we're raising money for the gift baskets that I mentioned and also in addition to that the Foundation provides human hair wigs for the children who lose their hair during chemotherapy treatments. [me] Uh, yes, I think I can contribute to that. [they] Ok, would you like to do the Gold for $35? Or the Silver for $25? [me] Uh, I'll, I'll go the Gold. [they] I'm sorry, didn't hear you? [me] Gold. [they] The Gold for 35? Well that's very generous, now can I get your first name? [me] My first name is Jason. [they] And Jason your last name? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [ I provide her a fake name and address courtesy of FakeNameGenerator.com ] ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [they] Excellent. Well first I want to thank you very much for your very generous pledge of $35, next I'm going to transfer you to our Records department. What they do is confirm the pledge. They're also gonna go over your address one more time, make sure I didn't do anything wrong and they're the ones who get the information together and mail it out to you and they uh they'll let you know what to look for in the mail, ok? [me] Aw right. [they] Please stay on the line sir, they'll pick right up. [me] Awright. [you can hear me taking a deep breath] [Records dept] Thank you for holding, are you comfortable with the 35? [me] Yes I am. [Records dept] (she verifies my address, asks if there's any "apartment or post office"?) Ok, um, you'll get it [pledge card] in about three days that's just when we ask you to send it back, ok? [me] O h k a y . [Records dept] All right, thank you so much, you have a nice evening. [me] Ok, thank you, good night.
