Just got a call from some dot-head camel-jockey asking how my DirecTV is working. I said "fine" and he asked that I save his number and call him if I have any problems. WHY WOULD I??? If I have issues, I'm calling the main number of 800-531-5000.
Same here. Thick Indian accent asking about my directv. He has called 3 tiimes, 2 different numbers. First time I told him that I actually WAS having a problem with directv dropping the internet connection. He told me very confidently, and rudely that it was my internet provider's fault. I told him that it wasn't, and he hung up. Not sure if he is actually associated with directv or not.
