They call threating arrest and that a police officer will be serving a warrant. It is scripted with a heavily accented person reading the script.
This is an attempt to collect a debt.
They call but never leave a message. Very annoying as they call several times a day and several times during the week as well. The law says they can call as often but only once a day if they don't get anyone, once per seven days if they get someone, you on the phone.

An automated female voice with a British accent asked to speak to Kathy Brunswick. "It is very important that we speak to (voice changes) 'Kathy Brunswick' ... definitely an automated/robo-caller. Robot voice offered options including "press 1 if this is Kathy Brunswick" and "press 3 to put this call on hold" and "press 4 if this is a wrong number". Very unusual that this mobile number would be called, seldom ever get this kind of call - except on a land line.
