Got a call from a "Marshall Cross" Trying to serve a court summons in a state I only lived in for 3 months and no longer do. Wanted to verify lots of info but no business name.

This number called me looking for my brother. It is a scammer looking to verify information... Don't give him any!

saying that I needed to call back immediately....have a court summons to serve me...call several members of my family as well as my work...

Same thing happen to me and then they called my son's cell phone and he is 12. I just want to know who they are and what they want.

This guy just called my work number AND my cell phone saying he's a process server and he has a summons for me. Didn't say who or what. That makes no sense. If I was going to be summoned, NO COURT would actually call ahead of time. It's amazing how dumb they think people are.

This guy asked for someone that I couldn\'t even understand. When told him this was a cell phone he asked for them again I relpied that it was my cell phone and he says have a bitter day. Someone realoly neeeds to put a stop to these people.
