I am continually called by this number several times a day. I never answer & they continue to call. How long will this continue before they stop.

They call me daily even after I have repeatedly asked to be put on their do not call list. They also mentioned google. They have multiple numbers that they call from.

They asked me if I accepted credit cards at my business. (Which, I do.) Then they, "Wanted to make sure that we were getting the best deal on our credit card acceptance fees." I said, "Yes I am. Thanks. But no thanks." My business is small. I sell on Ebay, Etsy and my own website. I use paypal. I don't know how they got my phone number!

From a Google search for Apex Merchant, this is the best I can come up with. Their main number is: 214-440-0200. I called them and you get all kinds of departments except customer service. I tried the "operator" and all I got was voice mail... so I hung up. I opted to talk with sales, and the lady said she would take my number off the list to not call. Well, guess what? Still calling, and still not leaving a message. Apparently they are just a business "hunting" for suckers to give them their credit card numbers etc... If you get a call, call the number above and complain and demand them to remove your number. If enough people keep calling, and taking up their time they might get the hint. Call ever time they call... keep a record and read it back to them every time you asked to have your number removed, and let them know that you are on the DO NOT CALL list, and are reporting it every time they call. I get these calls all the time. I simply block them on my Sprint voice preferences.

Here is a list of the "so-called" Management Team at Apex: Andy Frankel--Prez./CEO Arthur Banks--COO Brant Noland--Sr. VP Sales Patrick Grubbs--VP Telemarket Since Apex is clearly the aggressor here. Would someone be in their legal right to stop them(Apex) by any means necessary?? Just asking. Not suggesting.

They are very bad for any business.They charge insane fees when initially their reps tell you something dfferent.we had to end our contract and they charged all our 3 accounts500 each and wthdrew from our business checking without any authorization.Do not ever even give them the time of day You will regret it.The company is Apex merchant group and their BBB rating is F because of their Fraudulent practices.RUN RUN RUN!!!
