These people continually call us. I have asked them many times not to call, and one called me a bad name before hanging up. I do not qualify for their services and again ask them not to call. I just received another call today.
Juz hung up on me. She said something that unable to understand--ending with " how are you today?". Asked back where she was calling from and she hung up on me right away. She has South Asia accent, I could tell.
Is there a phone system available that will allow blocking unlimited numbers? If not, there SHOULD be. So sick of these unwanted, disgusting calls !!!
Didnt answer the phone and they left no message. Too sad, too bad.
Clever that they use a Texas number. But a telemarketer nonetheless from Direct Buy.
Upon answering, I heard a recording that "You have been kicked from this conference." (Sic) Imaginative, but annoying. Possibly criminal under one or another of the Telecommunications Acts and their implementing regulations?
From Dallas CBD. Answered only because of the 214 area code. Short silence then a long "good byyy" as if saying suckerrr. Its been a while since I heard this line. They must be up to something no good. Does anyone know if they could be trying to extract personal information from my phone. List this no. as SPAM your contact list.
Said they worked for Direct Buy and that my number was a semi-finalist for their $50,000 home makeover or $50,000 cash. Scam. Hung up.
A female called to tell me I was a finalist to win a home makeover with Direct Buy. She congratulated me multiple times. She asked me for my age to make sure I would qualify. When I told her I wouldn't tell her my age she said that I sounded like a minor and I wouldn't qualify unless I told her my age. I laughed and then she hung up on me.
this is the second call i got from these idiots. i didn't answer yesterday and i didn't answer today. if they didn't leave a message it isn't important. if they try and call anymore (they are on my reject list) i will report the number to the FCC or the FTC... that usually stops the crank calls for a little while at least.
Cocksuckers called my cell phone, using a local Dallas number, saying they were in Woodbridge, Virginia. I use my cell phone for business, so had to answer this one. Indian accents, very hard to understand. This is a phone bank of scammers; do not give them any info and block them if you can. ******** are calling in violation of the Texas AND Federal DO NOT CALL LISTS.
Received a call today. Because of the delay in picking up the phone and someone speaking I knew it was a robocall. When they finally came online and said "hello" I responded with "yes robocall, how can I help you" They responded "I must have dialed the wrong number" and hung up. It appears that they simply don't want to talk to anyone that knows what they are up to :)
