They call at least twice a day. The recorded message says it has an important message.
This number calls me 3x per day, never leaves a message & when answered an automated reply is given. I want them to stop calling me ASAP.
It's Time Warner, but they call you 4 or 5 times a day even after you've expressed lack of interest. They should stop this if they don't want to lose business.

They just called me today. I am a time warner customer and my account is up to date. I tried calling that number and rec'd message, "the subscriber you have reached is not in service..."number is out of service!! I dialed the right number as I called from the called I missed. Very strange! I just read on here it is Time Warner, but why would time warner be calling? Doesn't make sense!
I blocked the phone number from my cell phone, turned off house phone because of the calls like this is very annoying all day long.
They call a few times a week. I'm presently a Time Warner customer. If they wanted me to answer the call they should use the companies name instead of TEXAS which comes through on the caller ID.
If this is TWC I'm up to date with our service so I don't know why they'd be calling me?

It is Time Warner Cable asking me if I am interested in updating my cable services. I have told them previously that I am not interested in any updates and to please take me off their calling list for such advertising. The person told me that they would take me off their list, but it appears the calls keep coming.
If you call this number back, it goes into cyber space with beeping noises. Obviously it is blocked for call back to be accomplished. It is OK that they bother you, but to not bother them.

Received a voice message that you had to listen to air then in a deep, low gruff voice...(like muttering), the words "Just f#cking answer my calls, infidel"....WHAT??? really...I do get phone calls from this number frequently. More so during business hours..HELLOOOO...I am at work...can't take your calls and then I don't keep my phone with me 24/7 in the evenings either..Send me a letter! Jerks. It IS Time Warner Cable. They called me 13 times in the last 2 weeks and never left a message. I called the number back and it was them, not a scammer. They pulled up my info just from my phone number, knew what services I had and how much I paid for each. They were just trying to upsell me. Had them put me on DNC, they said it would take up to 30 days. Here's hoping. They call as often as twice a day and never leave a message. Makes me want to switch services.
