Claim they are the IRS and to stop legal action I must call them back. I called from a work phone and a man with an Indian accent answered by saying internal revenue service. I had a few choice words and he hung up.

The initial call is a recorded message.. It said that I was about to be arrested (I'm not sure for what) and that I need to call 209501 0873. The call was from Boise Idaho. The recorded message was that of a woman. I did call back and a man with a thick ax cent spoke to me. i GAVE HIM A FALSE NAME AND ADDRESS AND WHEN HE ASKED FOR THE LAST FOUR DIGITS OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER, I HUNG UP. .This call was also from Boise and it was the same number. Six hours later I got the exact robo call with the exact message. I did not call back

The female pre-recorded message threatened legal action if I didn't call back. When I did call the number, the connection was garbled and the person who answered hung up on me when I asked his name.

I also just received what appeared to be a pre-recorded call stating that IRS was going to arrest me. I called the number back and couldn't understand what was even being said. I asked why I was being called and I was hung up on. I called several times back and was hung up on each time. This is definitely some sort of Scam!

I checked voicemail and was startled to hear it was the "I.R.S." threatening my arrest and confiscation of my property and assets. I was suspicious because they would not refer to themselves as, "The I.R.S.", but by the full name. Secondly, would offer an 800 number, not a 208 area code number. I did not call the number back, but did a Google search to confirm my suspicions. Thank you, fellow internet users! Lastly, the number came up on my phone as "Likely Scam" as the caller I.D. And since I have been seeing it over and over, just press decline. Those sons of %!รท*%$
