Thomas White, states he had a decision to make to contact him. This is a debt collector, probably from one that has already been discharged off and they are just trying to get something out of it.. HE IS NOT A LAWYER. They use this as a tactic to get people to call and think they are going to have a case filed on them.. DO NOT believe this. IF he was a legitimate lawyer he would state the firm he is with when he calls. Hope this helps someone!!!

Called my job didnt comfirm that i was the Renee he was calling for nor did he state the name of the company just stated asking questions and disclosing information about an unpaid debt. I asked for a letter in the mail and he wanted to send me an email. I said no I want something sent to my home. He agreed but when he confirmed my address he asked if I lived near snoop Dogg because I'm in long beach, ca. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I'm doing my research because something doesn't seem right

He left a snarky msg to call him immediately. He thought he hung up but didn't... He then started talking to, I assume a work buddy, quote "I'm about (unintelligible) this s**t (the rest is unintelligible)". So I'm thinking what we have here folks, is a very unprofessional

Continued again, update! Finally got him on the phone, whatever name they're using (Mr.Ackridge, Mr. Smith et al), it's ACS, a collection agency. Primarily, I assume, for catalog sales, as he asked if I purchased anything from a catalog...although he didn't confirm which catalog. Anyway, if you know your rights, they're pretty reasonable. If you don't prepare to get run over.

Mr Akridge is a bill collector. And truthfully, he has been nothing but nice to me. I made payment arrangements for a bill I owed to 7th Avenue...and I called the company itself to verify that the company Mr Akridge called from was legit. I have been making my payments on time. I am now on a first name basis with him. lol. And he is one of the most pleasant bill collectors I have ever dealt with.Every time I call to make a payment, Mr Akridge is nothing but kind and professional. This number is a safe one, and valid
